For 1967, Mercury was the man’s car. Apparently for ‘68 they let any ol’ horse-ridin’, cat-ownin’ girl behind the wheel too!
So the question is, did Mercury catch hell for their ad campaign in ‘67 and try to make up for it in ‘68? Or is this just a hilarious coincidence?
