Automotive Alphabet – V

I’ve always seen the symbol attached to the hoods of 1957 Chevrolets as a standalone V, suggesting the Chevrolet’s still-new V-8 engine, which makes it hiding-in-plain-sight perfect for our Automotive Alphabet.
