Tobermorey

A working model of the paddle tugboat Tobermory.

The hull built up in wood and painted with a red bottom, a white waterline, black topsides, detailed with numerous deck structures and fittings, including figures on deck, deck hatches which access the various components to run the model. Displayed on a pair of simple cradles.

Steam side-paddle tugboat full-hull rigged operational mode depicting “Tobermorey.” This is a wooden, plank-on-bulkhead model with original cradles. It has crew members on deck engaged in various tasks. It is equipped with an all electric motor making it capable to run in water and removable deck house for access to machinery.
