Based in Denver, North Carolina, Steele Rubber Products has been busy answering the needs of domestic collector-car owners with weather seal issues. Recently, Steele introduced a variety of Peel-N-Stick weatherstripping. Made of the same rubber compounds as their regular seals, the Peel-N-Stick seals come in a variety of lengths and configurations complete with adhesive for ease of installation. This system’s Multi-Purpose seals are available in eight styles in five-, 10-, 15- and 30-foot lengths ranging from $11.50-$59.30. Hood-to-cowl seals can be had in two styles in nine- and 14-foot lengths costing $21.30 and $31.40, respectively. There are nine styles of roof rail seals in 10-foot lengths for $33.70, while beltline seals are available in three styles in five-, 10-, and 15-foot lengths costing $13.10-$35.90.
Another new release is a pair of vent window seals for 1964-’65 full-size Dodge and Plymouth two- and four-door sedans and wagons. Listed as part number 70-3041-55 and costing $190.90, the seals are made of ozone-resistant rubber compounds and are molded with the division post, just as the original seals.
