It is because of old SIA articles like this one by Frank Bruno in SIA #75, June 1983, that I’ve started to take a stroll through the parking lots at major automotive events I go to. Sure, today I’m not apt to find any Delahayes or Duesenbergs or a Bugatti Type 57, as Frank did when he perused the parking at Bridgehampton in 1951, but it’s still neat to see what cars people drive when they go see other cars.
