Hemmings Find of the Day – Total Recall taxi

Longtime readers of the blog might already know that I have a slight obsession over the vehicles from Total Recall, including the Johnnycab taxi. So it comes as no surprise that this six-wheeled Volkswagen-based taxi prop from the movie is my Hemmings Find of the Day. Note that this is not the actual Johnnycab – that was a four-wheeled cab, not six-wheeled. The seller’s website claims this cab is driven by a robot named Benny. We saw either this particular cab or a few just like it in the photos from the Total Recall set that James Belohovek sent us earlier this year.
