Think about who would be the ideal seller of a car. Somebody who knows nothing about it, or somebody with 30 years’ experience taking them apart and putting them back together? In the case of this 1969 Datsun 2000, you get the latter for a seller, so one would presume there won’t be any surprises with it. From the seller’s description:
Retiring after 30 years of restoring Datsuns. One restored beauty and many parts including frames, restored engines, and transmissions from 12 cars. Restored car has 2,760 miles on frame-off restoration of an Arizona car. Hot red clearcoat paint with Empi wheels. Engine oil cooler. No smog with recurved ignition. Both hard and soft tops. Plain trunk lid too.
