Go look at used cars nowadays. Whole lotta nothing, huh? And for less than what you’d pay for a used Civic, you could buy this 1968 Cadillac Eldorado and cruise in style and comfort. Sure, you won’t want to subject it to any northern winters (though with that big ol’ Caddy V-8 humped over the driving wheels, I bet it’d do just fine in the snow), and sure, it’s not an Olds Toronado, which seems to be perennially more popular than its Cadillac cousin, but it’s two tons of fun, and that’s more than you can say for all that used car lot fodder. From the seller’s description:
This Florida car was originally purchased in Long Island, NY and in 72’ it moved to Florida for most of its life. I bought the car in 2001, updating and fixing many things. In 2005 it was stored indoors until now. The car has 111K miles on the odometer. Engine and the transmission were completely disassembled and rebuild without any aftermarket modifications.
