It may just be me, but if you study this 1967 BMW Glas 3000GT long enough, you wonder about that roofline, which very much looks like rooflines BMW later used. Best I can tell, Pietro Frua didn’t directly work for BMW after penning the Glas 2600, so did BMW nab that greenhouse from here, or is it coincidence, or am I just seeing things that aren’t there? From the seller’s description:

The “GLASERATI” was designed by Pietro Frua and features a 3.0 LTR which produces 160 HP. Both engine and body design were Revolutionary for the 60’s Sports Sedan Market. With only 389 Produced in 1967 and 1968. This is an unusual BMW and only a handful made it to the U.S.A. making this BMW GLAS 3000GT very rare indeed!
