The D stands for Delight, apparently. As a wagon, which I can’t recall once seeing in person, this 1966 1100D out of Connecticut certainly looks delightful, like something you’d see in the background of a Sean Connery-era James Bond scene set in an Alpine vilage. From the seller’s description:

Rare 1100D Wagon, Older Respray, Amazing Rust free undercarriage, 4 cyl , 4 on the column, Runs and Drives great, New white walls, Brakes, starter. Ready to drive and enjoy.
