With the Tojeiro predecessor and the Cobra successor(ssssss), it’s far too easy to skip over the A.C. Ace as just the car that Shelby stuck a V-8 in. In actuality, A.C. built some intriguing cars based on the tube-chassis, independently suspended platform, including this 1960 A.C. Aceca for sale on Hemmings.com with the A.C. (not the Bristol) six-cylinder engine, a very Italian shape and that hatchback design. From the seller’s description:
