Hemmings Find of the Day – 1938 Diamond T

Written by webmin

Just the other day, I had promised not to select ads without photos for the Hemmings Find of the Day, but in the case of this 1938 Diamond T, I’ll make an exception because we already have photos of it from when we featured it here last May. Nor does the ad include any more information about the T than we already know: That it was built for Seagram’s by Toronto-based Smith Brothers Body Works and that Seagram’s used it as a delivery van and mobile billboard until 1949, then sold the truck to Holman Construction in Rockwood, Ontario, which unsuccessfully attempted to scrap it.

So, for those readers who were drooling over it a year ago, now’s your chance.
