* Our friends at CarDomain recently ran across a chain-link curiosity somewhere in Northern California, and they don’t know anything about it. Can you help them out?
* Samuel Addison of Ride the Machine said he’s got plenty of neat automotive links for us, starting with this mobile cinema, one of seven that the UK’s Ministry of Technology (nothing 1984-ish about that name) had built on Bedford chassis in the late 1960s. The cool part? One’s been restored and is currently plying Britain’s roads.
* Over at the Go Away Garage, they’ve amassed a collection of all the odd powered vehicles that were part of this year’s Burning Man exhibition of eccentric naked filthy hippies.
* I suppose I could go through my copy of Crismon to try to identify the people mover that this young lady is driving, but I’ll let you dear readers try to identify it instead.
* Finally, the awesomest grocery cart ever. It is my sincere belief that all grocery shopping should be done via quarter midgets or shifter karts. (via)
