* The lads at Hooniverse recently found a Model T-based snowmobile, but one that’s quite a bit different than the conversions we’re familiar with. Apparently, it’s a homebuilt job using Bombardier snowmobile parts.

* Ol’ Man Foster, the CrosleyKook, recently posted a touching story about taking his 1949 Crosley convertible off the road. The need for downtime for the Cros is understandable after Foster used it as a daily driver for many years.

UPDATE (13.July 2010): Though it’s a few years old, this video that Tim’s wife put together regarding Tim’s Crosley habit is rather sweet.

* Gary Grant of the Garage Blog recently visited the Guild of Automotive Restorers up north of Toronto and came away with some pics and information of the unusual vehicles on display there, including the infamous Supervan.

* Etienne Musslin likes 2CVs. Etienne Musslin is an excellent photographer. Thus, a great photoblog is added to my RSS reader. (via)
