Nowadays, most people who have ever wanted to see a Tatra in person have done so. But in the late 1980s, before the fall of the Iron Curtain, to see a Tatra, even in print, was a treat. Robert C. Ackerson, however, found and photographed one for SIA #98, April 1987, and filed this report.
