I hope you’re all well rested after our little break last week from the Hemmings Six Degrees of Automotive Separation Challenge. This week we’re going to jump right back in it with Arnolt-Bristol, a selection inspired by the excellent example above that won its class at the New England Concours d’Elegance two weekends ago.
The format for this week’s challenge is the one you’re all most familiar with, the fox-and-hound format. That is, the first person to respond gets to suggest an automotive company to connect to Arnolt-Bristol in six degrees or less. Whoever answers that challenge gets to suggest the next company to connect to Arnolt-Bristol, and so on and so forth. This week, we’re not imposing any restrictions on which companies you can use in your path to Arnolt-Bristol; as long as the company built cars, it’s fair game.
As always, a connection consists of one company owning another, merging with another or sharing another’s parts.
