I suppose this was inevitable. In the last several years, we’ve seen a giant increase in the popularity of diesel performance vehicles. Mostly in the guise of lifted late-model pickups out in rural areas belching black clouds of smoke from big rig-like stacked exhaust. Thus it’s only natural that somebody would figure out how to build a cruiser bike around a diesel engine as was done with this unique homebuilt motorcycle, for sale now on Hemmings.com. From the seller’s description:
“One and only” hand built motorcycle, powered by a Cummins four cylinder 85 horse power diesel motor that has 200 foot pounds of torque, mated to a two-speed forward and one -speed reverse automatic transmission.
