A 1969 GTO Judge Ram Air IV four-speed was the top seller at RM’s Milton Robson auction last Saturday, netting an impressive $682,000.

The total for 55 cars and trucks sold at the one-day event at Robson’s estate in Gainesville, Georgia, was $9,112,950, with an average selling price of $165,690. The lowest priced vehicle at the sale was a 1948 Diamond T Model 201 Wrecker that hauled in $27,500.

Robson acquired the Judge 10 years ago from Steve Ames of, the classic Pontiac parts supply house, Ames Performance Engineering. Gilbert Propes, a Pontiac restorer in Cornelia, Georgia, performed a four-year restoration on the car.
