Anywhere you look at Hershey any year you go, you’re bound to see Model T springs in every configuration possible. Model T spring wheels, however, are rather unusual, especially a set of four such as these we spotted somewhere near the border of the Chocolate and Red fields. If you go back through the patent records from the 1910s and 1920s, you’ll see all sorts of spring wheel patents, yet the designs must have never been either commercially or practically viable, given how few you see nowadays. Our brief examination of these wheels didn’t turn up a manufacturer’s name or a patent number, and the tag attached to the wheels only gave us the asking price of $3,350.
