I’m sure this 1947 Citroën Traction Avant has plenty of stories to tell, from being built in England for the French market (huh?) to somehow making it all the way to California and remaining in remarkably decent shape all these years. We can only hope that some of those stories involve the European gangsters who are so often associated with these cars. From the seller’s description:

This Traction Avant 11 Normale is in good condition and as close to original as possible. It runs beautifully and burns no oil. The electrical system has been converted to 12-volt. This car was built in England for the French market with left-hand drive. It does have semaphore turn signals which still work. It has four new tires [Michelin]. The paint is in excellent condition and the interior is original suit material in very good condition. With a little work, this car could be in perfect condition.
