As the weather gets cold, bike enthusiasts try to squeeze in their last few events of the season and cross their fingers for good weather. Such is the case this weekend with the fall classic swap meet and drag races in Oley, Pennsylvania. Sponsored by RMC Raceway, this is one of the most popular fall motorcycle swap meets in the country and also one of the best places to find those last few finishing pieces to assemble an old motorcycle project.

Every part imaginable, some neatly tucked away in bins, other strewn about the ground.

World class bike restorers make the annual trip to Oley to get elbow deep in parts, looking for that rusty gold. The swap meet is a two-day event, coming up this weekend, October 2-3, with drag races scheduled for Saturday and a rain date of Sunday. Gates open at 11 a.m. Saturday and will be open until 10 p.m. on Sunday. Further information is available at www.pro109.com.
