Located in Oxnard, California, the Mullin Automotive Museum is scheduled to open its doors to the public on April 15. The museum, which will celebrate the Art Deco and machine age design eras (1918-1941) will have on permanent display exquisite art and furniture from that period. In addition, the 50,000-square-foot facility plans on exhibiting over 100 historic French vehicles, including examples from Delahaye, Delage, Talbot-Lago, Voisin, Hispano-Suiza and Bugatti, with coachwork from Chapron, Figoni et Falaschi, Gangloff, Vanvooren, Labourdette, Letourneur et Marchand and Saoutchik.
Last, but certainly not least, Mullin plans on exhibiting 30 unrestored vehicles with Pebble Beach winning restorations, as well as French classics from the Grand Prix and Le Mans sports car racing school of design; an entire floor – called “Club Bugatti” – will include a Bugatti family art exhibit.
