Normally, when a car only racks up about 20 miles a year since its restoration, those miles are racked up going off and on trailers, but in the case of this 1957 Isetta for sale on Hemmings.com, we suspect there’s just not that much opportunity to drive it around in modern traffic, a supposition made in part by the video of the Isetta driving around. From the seller’s description:

Less than 50 miles since 2.5 year restoration. $40k+ restoration completed by most respected shop in the country. Every nut, bolt and part on car was taken off and cleaned, painted, chromed, fixed or replaced. 298cc cc, 1 cylinder, 4-stroke engine matched to a 4 speed. Drivetrain was removed and rebuilt by a vintage BMW motorcycle expert. Metal work done properly. All parts that required replacement were from Werner Schwark. The soft top crafted by same supplier that provides tops to Mercedes Benz. Interior appointments made from the finest leather. Seats and trim are accentuated w/ cream piping. Custom floor mat matches the interior trim. The fresh paint is PPG coded color. Upgrades completed during restoration include removal of front/ rear bumpers (front bars were re-installed), removal of front fresh air grills and removal of wiper. All of the modifications can be reversed by the buyer for authenticity over aesthetics.
