The vast majority of you seemed to appreciate the 1953 Studebaker Kart Hauler that was our Hemmings Find of the Day earlier this week, but a couple of you weren’t very keen on it. Customs aren’t for everybody, we understand, but the concept of a Studebaker coupe-turned-pickup is not without precedent, as we see from this 1937 Studebaker Coupe Express, a car that came from the factory with a passenger car nose and pickup utility. From the seller’s description:

It was Created utilizing the Dictator Passenger Car Frame, Running Gear, and Cab. The All Steel Bed features a Corrugated Floor Design, and Double Wall Construction. The All Steel Cab is Fully Insulated and Lined.
